Hillside Gardens, Lambeth
Social housing at the heart of a community.
Hillside Gardens, in the London Borough of Lambeth, marks the start of a new and fresh approach to social housing. Four modern, spacious family homes embedded at the heart of the community, close to transport links and local services, bringing under-utilised land back to life, for life.
Case study:
Raven Housing Trust
Raven Housing Trust is working with EDAROTH to develop new homes, using industralised manufacturing to create low energy-use, net zero homes while providing additive capacity for the housing market. The four development sites in Epsom and Reigate & Banstead areas will provide 12 much-needed homes in well-located areas of the town.
Case study:
Bristol City Council
Bristol City Council are working with EDAROTH to increase the number of new affordable homes being built in the city. The identified sites are part of a wider housing programme for Bristol City Council, via the Climate Smart Cities Challenges initiative. The development would deliver high quality net zero carbon homes that have been design to respond to the local context and fit within the existing residential area.
